A flagship international platform for dialogue on the rule of law, justice, and the restoration of trust in legal institutions in the context of the war and Ukraine’s post-war transformation.
The aim of the Conference is to consolidate an international coalition of Ukraine’s supporters in the European Union and the United States, to strengthen political and legal pressure to ensure accountability of Russia’s senior military and political leadership, and to facilitate the return of Ukrainian children
The Justice Conference focuses on issues of strategic importance for Ukraine and the international community, including:

the establishment of a Special Tribunal for international crimes and the development of international justice mechanisms;

strengthening the justice system and the rule of law;

creating an effective compensation mechanism for damages caused;
-
addressing the return of illegally deported and abducted Ukrainian children.
